Waaaaaay over priced. As this is a franchise they cannot work with the customer financially. Our bad in towing car there to begin with.Their estimate for a simple wiring issue was over $1k. Towed to Steve's Auto around the corner who fixed for $250. Only saving issue from 2 tow bills was they gave a free estimate.
Had an issue that was repaired at the Denver/aurora location These guys were great thank you I recommend this location for all your automotive needs in Longmont

Came in the have my A/C checked after smelling what I believed to be refrigerant when it was turned on. They pressure checked the system and measured the temperature and found no problems at all. Jeff suggested that it might be mildew and to run the fan 20-30 seconds after turning off the A/C to get rid of the problem. Jeff didn't charge me for any of the diagnostics and was very welcoming and knowledgeable during our conversations. Will definitely be going back!!
BEWARE!!!! Over priced, coupons are bait and false advertising, not good customer service. I needed an alignment and most places charge $100 and fine tune was offering alignments at $54 with coupon, but couldn't get me in for 5 days. When I arrived the guy seemed annoyed by my entrance and says "hold on, I'll be with you soon, i'm by myself" then repeats- "I'm by myself" to someone on the phone. Checks me in for my appointment and says he will only be able to do the toe alignment on the front of the car (so partial alignment and not on the rear) with this coupon." (No where does it say that and they never said that to me when scheduling the appointment that i waited a week for) I said I want all 4 tires and need the full alignment. He said well you're looking at $189 to $249 and they'd call me and let me know. NO WAY- THIS IS WRONG AND THAT'S BAD BUSINESS!!!! I would have already had my alignment done somewhere else. BEWARE! He kept saying he'd have to call me while they have it. NOPE. Not leaving my car with a company like this. They suck you in, get it up in the garage and then tell you it's going to cost X amount more. WRONG and MISLEADING. Bait and switch.

Its so great to finally have Fine Tuned Auto in my neighborhood. I was driving to their Erie location and I noticed they now have one in my neighborhood. They have been working on my Subaru the last couple years. Their work is fantastic and I love how they give you a detailed explanation about everything that is wrong with your car while helping you prioritize the work that is needed and so you can budget for the work that is needed in the future.
